Kinilaw na Bangus

ingredients

1 pack Sarangani Bay Boneless Bangus Back Fillet

approximately 800 grams, skinned and cubed

2 tbsp. ginger, finely chopped

2 tbsp. garlic, finely chopped

1 medium size onion, finely chopped

2 pcs. finger chili, finely chopped

vinegar and pepper to taste

chopped spring onions for toppings

Procedure

In briskly boiling water, dip the cubed bangus.

Drain bangus after 20 seconds or until the meat turns to white.

Put bangus in a bowl and all remaining ingredients.

Mix and serve.

Top with spring onions.
