Crispy Fish Salad

ingredients

¼ kilo Sarangani Bay Seabass

1 cup bread crumbs

2 eggs

¼ cup flour

¼ k lettuce romaine

¼ k lettuce la rosa

¼ cup black olives

1 tbsp cilantro

1 tbsp MAGGI Magic Sarap

3 tbsp canola oil

1 tbsp lemon

¼ cup MAGGI teriyaki sauce

⅛ tsp sesame oil

Procedure

Season the fish with MAGGI Magic Sarap then dredge it in flour, egg, and bread crumbs.

Fry the fish until golden brown then set aside.

Dressing:

In a bowl mix MAGGI teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, canola oil and lemon then set aside.

Mix the lettuce (romaine and la rosa), black olives and cilantro together.

Toss it with the teriyaki dressing.

Top it with the crispy fish sea bass the serve.
