Sinigang sa Miso na Bangus

ingredients

1 kilo Sarangani Bay Boneless Bangus

1 cup mustasa leaves

¼ cup fish sauce

80 grams onions quartered

2 tbsp cooking oil

80 grams tomatoes quartered

1.8 liters water

1 cup radish diagonally slices

70 grams MAGGI Sinigang Mix sa Miso

Procedure

In a hot pan, sauté onions and tomato until limp.

Pour 1.8 liters of water, add MAGGI Sinigang sa Miso, fish sauce, radish and bring to boil.

Add bangus and cook for 3 minutes.

Add mustasa leaves and serve hot.
