Smoked Bangus Rolls


10 sheets rice papers

1 cup Sarangani Smoked Bangus diced

½ cup ubod, thin strips

½ cup carrots, thin strips

½ cup singkamas, thin strips

2 tbsp onions

1 cup bean sprouts

½ cup fresh shitake mushrooms, thinly strips

a dash of salt

a dash of pepper

1 cup glas noodles

3 tbsp cooking oil

Sweet Vinegar Sauce

½ cup Vinegar

1 tbsp Sesame Oil

2 tbsp white sugar

1 tbsp patis

3 tbsp cilantro, coarsely chopped

¼ cup water


In a hot skillet sauté onions, ubod, singkamas, carrots, bean sprouts, Sarangani Smoked Bangus, shitake mushrooms, glass noodles salt and pepper for about 5 min then set aside and chill for 15 min then add cilantro leaves.

Wrap the sautéed vegetables with fresh rice paper and serve with Sweet Vinegar Sauce.
