1 medium Sarangani Bay Boneless Bangus

1 stalk spring onions, cut in ½ inch slices

1 small ginger, sliced lengthwise

1 head of ginger, diced

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp patis

1 tsp cornstarch

1 tsp cooking oil

2 tsp tausi


Remove properly thawed bangus from package and place on plate.

Mix together all other ingredients and pour on top of fish.
s Steam fish until cooked
